We stayed 3 nights in a ground floor ocean front 2 bedroom unit. The location is unique, the complex overlooking Pippi beach and the ocean and is in a quiet spot on the southern end of the town. Just stroll across the road and your on the beach. The unit was fairly expensive for low season at $300 plus per night and showing signs of wear with some small issues like cupboard sliding doors in bedroom and washers gone in the shower head but overall was very comfortable and did the job for the four of us quite well. The management was very good and most helpful. A highlight was the beautiful swimming pool and heated spa, amazing ! Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed 4 nights in 1 bedroom Ocean View apartment right across the road from the beach. Apartment was spacious and the resort pool/spa were great. Loved it here.

Great sized apartment. It was very clean and smelt amazing inside. Loved the amount of cooking equipment that was provided in the apartment. Great location, nice and quiet. Will definately stay again.

We booked a 2 bed apartment directly with sands resort and when we got our room it was nothing like what they had promoted on the website, not just the decor, but the layout, we had barely an ocean view and no second balcony overlooking the pool area. It was so rundown and disappointing. After speaking with staff, they happily moved us and the room was amazing after that, wouldn’t say it was an upgrade because we just got the room that we had paid for! But unfortunately, with the ensuite not having an exhaust fan, the walls in the bedroom were covered in moisture and mould, I woke up daily so crook and face swollen, and my husband also became unwell in the last couple days. For the money we paid, we would not come back here. The staff were lovely, but the rooms, never again!

Probably would have provided 4 stars but post stay request from them a bit immoral in my opinion. Apartments good size and furnished ok. comfy beds. Kids loved the pool and spa. Not impressed being incentivised after stay to provide 5star review in order to receive a future discount, definitely not kosher and I work in accommodation myself.

Lauren and Corey were so hospitable, our stay was lovely. The villas are spacious and have everything you need, the bath was my favourite, it was so big and comfortable, it fit us and our baby daughter! Villas are right by the beach and only a short walk to town. We didn’t have time to try out the tennis courts but my daughter, husband and I loved the outdoor heated spa, perfect for winter! This will be our go to when we visit Yamba in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Stayed in a 2 bedroom townhouse, was really nicely presented with modern furniture. It was great that the main bedroom had air conditioning. Location is so beautiful being across the road from Pipi Beach. The swimming pool is fantastic. We loved our stay here, this is the second time staying here and will definitely return again.
